tv_enable 1 or server crash, fix?

I must have tv_enable 1 on the csgo server or the server crash.
is there any fix?

the fix is finding out WHY you need tv_enable 1 because that should not be the case.

Well after a update its was a temp fix...

Enabling GOTV is a hacky fix that does NOT solve the root issue.
