For example, when we fire with awp, it has 0.5s cooldown before we can fire again. Is possible to check and make it /2(0.25 for this example)? I know I should use PrimaryAttack pdata but what is good way to do it?

@edit
I found this as one way
Code:
RegisterHam(Ham_Weapon_PrimaryAttack, "weapon_awp", "weapon_speed", 1)

public weapon_speed(wpn)	set_pdata_float(wpn, 46, get_pdata_float(wpn, 46)/2, 4)
Is this good? How can I open v_ model and change weapon speed animation speed?

Do not change speed in v_model.

Suppose you change the speed in the v_awp model. Obviously all players have by default this model in the cstrike, so when it connects to the server, will not download the edited model... That is, his model will be with the default speed, and yours with the altered speed.

Why not just use the code? Search through my threads about Scout ROF.
