I have a server from a hosting provider and it used to work, I just installed another addons and the server crashed still then, I pressed the button to factory restore and still the server isn't starting anymore.

Since the server doesn't work after the so-called "factory restore" that your GSP (game server provider) has, then you need to contact your GSP (... in your words, your hosting provider) and ask them for further assistance.
