Apparently CS doesn't like this plugin, so it's DoD only!

Basically this is a something I did a while ago for my own convenience, but here it is for you. This changes the method of sending messages in the adminchat plugin from using client_print to SayText messages so that they are colorized by team and therefore easier to see.

I also added a say command for "amx_say", and it is called by teamsay @@<msg> (it deserves its own say command )

That's about it, doesn't get easier than that.
