I got this error today:
The application and steam is not working but the teamspeak function works.
Calladmin uses the same database as sourcebans.
Sourcebans is working fine.

The login details are correct, I can login into steam.

The mysql error is a new one. I need to know the exact query that caused the error so i would give you a custom version that logs them and you can show me what it logged. If you're up for it just send pm me a link to your steam profile. The messagebot error can have a few reasons. The most common problem is probably that people forget to disable steam guard. Have you checked the error_*.log file in sourcemod's log folder? MessageBot logs in there (it's not part of CallAdmin) instead of the calladmin.log file.

i want to remove "CallAdmin_HasReported" from the phrases file, because i want rule breakers not know they are being reported so that an admin can handle it, but when i remove it, the report bot will not give me a notification. any way to solve this?

You really shouldn't modify things aside from configs. Removing phrases will, as you've noticed, lead to errors. I suggest you use the following convar that you can find in the plugin.calladmin.cfg file
