Hello,

I am encountering a weird issue. I have tried using maps.ini set with the following four map:

de_dust2
fy_snow
fy_pool_day
aim_ak-colt

Yet when I go in my server, it displays the "nextmap" as the map the server is currently on. If I'm on Dust2 it says de_dust2 is the next map, if I'm on fy_snow it says fy_snow is the nextmap, and it switches to that map once the map ends. So basically the map cycle is not working.

I've also tried deleting maps.ini and using mapcycle.txt in cstrike, but same result.

Mapsmenu is enabled in plugins.

Any ideas?

maps.ini is not the mapcycle, it's the mapsmenu.
mapcycle.txt is the mapcycle, obviously.
Check the "mapcyclefile" cvar.
Totally wrong section.

Maps.ini is used as the map cycle file if it is present and mapsmenu is enabled, otherwise it uses mapcycle.txt. Also, the cvar is set to mapcycle.txt, but as I already stated my mapcycle.txt has the maps listed in there too. Maps.ini and mapcycle.txt both have the same content.

I'm not sure if this makes a difference either, but the changelevel menu in amxmodmenu lists all the maps I have in those files.

Thanks for you reply, I did not know what section to put it in. Would you be able to point me to which section it should be in? Maybe someone could move it?
