Description:

Display a menu showing all clients to talk within the last X seconds, as well as currently talking clients. From this menu you will then be able to select a clients name, then mute, silence, or ban according to the admin users flag. Admins never appear in this menu.

Please, consider not mixing old syntax and sourcepawn transitional syntax together, it will just confuse newer coders. If you are not familiar enough with the transitional syntax then feel free to pm me about questions.

Okay but all the people are free of coding his plugins as they want since they dont break any rule (while the code not be totally unreadable).

I make code the most simple and fast possible for me since this is not my profession, and now the most important is that my plugins work well. When my profesion be the coding (soon), I will try to make my code more cleaned and understandable, but now the most important is the functionality and not how the plugin was written.

Franc1sco good plugin, any chance you can add an "active" Hud (maybe use game_text) to show who is currently speaking? ex. a Hud like entwatch has
