Anyone else having issues with sm_dump_netprops on linux?

I'm trying to dump the netprops of CS:Source in my linux CSS server, but I end up getting this message:

] sm_rcon sm_dump_netprops netprops.txt
Could not open file "/home/gameserver/css/cstrike/netprops.txt"

Anyone else having the same problem?

The user you're running the server as probably doesn't have permission to create/write to the file.
