Adds a game of Scissors, Rock, Paper to Zephstore

On Github: https://github.com/Totenfluch/credit.../creditsSSP.sp

Installation
Extract the .smx in the Plugin folder
Extract the .phrases in the translations folder
Add 'sspCredits' to you Database config (MySQL)
config can be edited under: addons/sourcemod/configs/

Commands

PHP Code:

sm_ssp - opens the Menu
sm_srp - opens the Menu
sm_blockssp <amount> - blocks ssp bellow <amount>
sm_blockssp - blocks ssp entirely
sm_unblockssp - unblocks ssp
sm_togglessp - toggles ssp
