If you want to select an English (or other language) word at random then you will need a dictionary of words which would be better stored on disk. Depending on how you wish to store the words, you can retrieve one at random using GetRandomInt(1, maxwords). If this is what you are trying to achieve, what exactly are you having trouble with?

You could also use cURL and some online API which arguably may be a little cleaner.
