Installation:

1. Download the build from here.
2. Upload the files in your /csgo directory.
3. Change the map/restart the server/load the plugin so the configs will be generated.
4. Check the configs in csgo/cfg/HexVips

Update from v1/v2/v3 to v4

Follow the Install steps, you will need to reconfigure all the cfgs, since it's all changed.

Recommendations:

Avoid to override the sm_vipmenu (or its aliases), only use the cvar to change the cmd permission.
Don't compile the vipmenu.sp, hexvips.sp already includes that!

How can I contribuite:

Just by simply translate a file or if you want make a PullRequest too!
