Sounds like you don't have something configured correctly. If I had to guess, I'd look at the RTV threshold first. You should go through every .cfg file line by line (at least for the modules you are using) when setting up UMC for the first time. UMC was never meant to be an "install it and go" plugin. Each server operator needs to tailor it to their game and needs. Also, make sure you are using the correct version for your game. The version in the OP, 3.4.5, will work for older games like CS:S. For CS:GO, TF2, and some others you need to use 3.4.6 or 3.4.7. Those are buried in this thread, use the search tool.
