whenever someone spectates a surfer on my server, the surfer loses sight of their hand models and knife/gun is any particular tips on how to fix this?

they would have to rejoin the server to fix the disappearing models

only log i have is this

this is of another issue i need to look into that but nothing shows for the spectate issue

I think its more an issue in csgo not the server. Had the problem on a few servers

The model issue has been around since the Beta of CS:GO.
It can happen on Vanilla servers but is only made worse by a plugin that forces a player to spectate someone.

As for your Stripper issue, you should get the latest version. Note, it's NOT the one at the top.
At the time of this post, the latest was stripper-1.2.2-git125 not the one at the top that says stripper-1.2.2-git100
