Request for a client command to toggle SourceIRC from printing to chat. It is not a current feature of this plugin and it is unlikely that the author will include it in the future.

Not sure if I understood correctly, but you want to print all message of IRC directly into the chat of 1 player ?

hi i think that he means that if someone get kickt or sometig from sourceirc that i will say in all chat that the person got kickt from sourceirc?

No, both are incorrect.

Im looking for a plugin to recognize a chat/console command, such as sm_irc (/irc via chat) that a player can use to disable the chat on client side only, so that it hides/filters the IRC chat. I run tf2 jump servers and connect chats via SourceIRC. Sometimes the players can be distracted or dont want to be bothered and would like to individually hide IRC chat that appears, but still see server chat.
