It looks like you have a shortcut to those plugins.

First Error: What Sourcemod, what Metamod, what Game?

Second Error: Maprate Plugin is not installed. You need to install this to make Maprate-reweight work

Thats not a shortcut it is simply the path, where the smx was compiled

I might be just stupid... but there is no way I can find out where to configure the setting that players see how many other players voted already.

Like: 12/44 players....

Is it a CVAR?

I don't think you can control this within UMC, but you may be able to control it with settings in sourcemod.cfg:

Is it possible that UMC can't really handle a large number of workshop maps?
Because if I use about 250 workshop maps the vote is crashing and being cancelled immediately. But if I use the default mapchooser by sourcemod it's no problem.
So for now I am using that again but I really like the amount of features UMC has so it would be great if that issue could be fixed in the future.

I'm not sure, but I have heard tell of this issue. The only thing I could suggest is started with a smaller amount of maps, then add maps gradually until the issue comes back - then you will have an idea of about how many maps UMC can handle on your server.

Yeah, I think that's a possibility, but even one of my other servers with just about 70 maps is lagging a bit before the mapvote starts.
And in contrast to the built-in mapchooser I think UMC is indexing all maps and really checking whether they exist, maybe it would be a nice feature to make it just picking an entry without any checking if there is a specific amount of maps reached. So that it would work like the default mapchoose just with all the group features UMC provides.
