Your code is incorrect.
try my attachment, i think it's more correct (mb, additionaly we needs to hook player deathEvent and change g_smile[id] to false).

sound just doesnt works if i remove precache from source code
why is that?

I think your code would be more readable if you replaced 124 with TE_PLAYERATTACHMENT and 125 with TE_KILLPLAYERATTACHMENTS ;)
