Description
Players are able to greatly increase thie melee attack speed by switching weapons quickly. This plugins fixes this bug. You can see the trick on this video https://youtu.be/jFRn0dsH6jI?t=1m49s

What exactly does the plugin do?
It blocks the player from melee attacks if the cooldown is not passed. Only noticable if someone uses this bug.

Cvars:
no convars, only version: l4d2_fast_melee_fix_version

Installation
Simply put the plugin to your plugins folder.

Thanks for the fix, and FYI the plugin source here has an error. Line 10 is missing a colon between Plugin and myinfo, and line 17 has a semicolon that shouldn't be there.
