Hi,
I'm not sure this is the right place to post someting like this, but:

I need the location of sounds like this (from "core.cfg", for menus):
buttons/button14.wav
buttons/combine_button7.wav

I've searched my CS:GO directory + My server and I coudln't find any record for this sounds, but still, ingame, it works.
Can someone tell me the location of this files? becasuse as much as I know there are plenty more sounds like those above, and I really need them.

Another thing, I need the location of metarials/sprites/models like this (For creating Temp Ents):
materials/sprites/laserbeam.vmt
materials/sprites/glow01.vmt

Same problem like with the sounds, It works, but I can't find it.
Can someone help me with that? Please tell me if you didn't understand what is my problem.

They are part of the game itself so they are in the vpk files, my guess is there stock HL2 assets so you need to find where the game keeps it's copy of the hl2 assets.

I've searched my whole computer for: ".wav", ".vpk", "button14.wav" and couldn't find it..
button14.wav isn't even on my computer.

You have any suggestions how to find it?

All 4 of the files can be found inside "pak01_dir.vpk" in the csgo folder(should be the same vpk on server install, haven't looked).

When I am attempting to change the sound to a custom sound? It doesn't play the sound from your list

Why is that?
