This is constant values which pev and set_pev natives uses to operate with corresponding entvar members.

Although I don't quite understand myself, I'll try to explain what he's saying.

Those are markers for FakeMeta. For example, you'll notice all the pev_ members that are strings are marked by a stringend and startstart.

This is so it can quickly determine what type of data you are looking for.
