Have you tried reinstalling sourcemod with the latest stable version?

Ohh well okay, pretty sure the latest stable version works, so it must be a problem with vtf or the server itself, i don't have alot experience in debian so i'll let someone else answer if this is no help.

been using these for both linux and windows.
My metamod.vtf looks like this.

Code:
"Plugin"
{
	"file"	"addons/metamod/bin/server"
}
and my sourcemod.vtf located in "cstrike/addons/metamod"

Code:
"Metamod Plugin"
{
	"alias"		"sourcemod"
	"file"		"addons/sourcemod/bin/sourcemod_mm"
}

sourcemod does not load automatically, it loads only if i hardcode it into metaplugins.ini with i486 suffix, but event if this works, plugins of sourcemod(smxs) does not load

Are you missing execute permissions on your directories?

Well, all of them - but specifically addons/metamod/ and addons/sourcemod/plugins. It sounds like SRCDS can read but not iterate - which is controlled by the execute permission bit.

No, that'll make the files executable as well, use +X - make sure they files are owned by the srcds user aswell - if you don't need privilege separation (or just for testing) I'd do a a+rwX just to be sure.
