You can learn c++ anywhere on the internet, have you even tried searching like pawn language basics or c++ basics.

Nobody here can reliably 'teach' you (force knowledge upon you) how to program in Pawn. We are here to help you when you run into issues while writing plugins for AMX Mod X (but only after you have searched for tutorials, examples, other threads with similar issues).

Also, if anybody does offer to take your money, I would highly recommend against it.

I'll do it for $4000 plus an hourly rate of $20 an hour. ;)
