Hello, i wonder if it would be allowed to edit this plugin: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=264498
To use it in my minigames server and maybee remove/add some functions to it.

You are allowed to do whatever you want with it, as long as you don't claim it as your own plugin.

Any public plugin can be modified to your desires for free (that's part of the SM license). You can't claim credit for the full work however.

It's a public plugin, you are welcome to edit it however you want as long you the owner the credit he deserve.
