Can't find any info on this default plugin. Does it use maps.ini or a file I must create? Any specifics on how it works in game would be helpful like does it throw up all the maps in the maps.ini file for people to choose from...?

I am seeking a map chooser so the population can decide on what to play or extend while keeping it simple. Thanks for any input.

The mapchooser that comes with amxx is simple and easy to use. Simply add your mapnames to maps.ini inside your amxmodx configs folder. The mapchooser.amxx will show 5 maps from that list plus the option to extend. The vote will occur at two minutes left of game play. You should already have a maps.ini in your configs folder as part of the installation. After your sure the mapnames are in the .ini file and the .bsp's are in your maps folder, uncomment mapchooser.amxx from plugins.ini and you should be good to go.

Thanks Kaos. I do have a maps.ini that is populated with the maps that admins want to select from amxmodmenu. Hearing it randomly selects 5 of them is helpful to what Iwanted to know. Would be sort of annoying to be given the option of 20 or more maps each round .
