I prefer to just share my glorious plugins publicly, even if there's only two of them. I believe strongly in clean, readable code. If someone relatively new to sourcepawn can't follow along with my code via comments, then I've done something wrong, because it's an open-source community, and a lot of people learn that way.
I know it's not a l4d2 thread, but if there's anything on a "private" server in l4d2, I can probably do it, and do it better than the private gaming communities; I find they often have really unstable code, because they know no one can play that content anywhere else & the player-base has to just deal with it, which is incredibly messed up. I do requests like that, and release it 100% free, right here. I'm against doing private requests, because they want to pay nothing for quality - here's the thing, though... You get exactly what you pay for. If you pay a great developer nothing, or treat them like garbage, you're going to get that kind of quality, in return. But, your best bet is to ALWAYS come to the forum and ask / search / both, for any specific plugins you're looking for. There's an extremely good chance that it has been created before, and many plugins that would cost an arm and a leg to commission have been graciously developed for free by some astute community members.
