Fix error when you use cvar portalgun_flag.
Fix the function that check if client can receive the portalgun (now checks flags + class + team).
Doesn't allow portals on func_door.

Add cvar portalgun_wall, a pourcentage to check if wall is plane.
Add cvar portalgun_prop to allow portals on prop_dynamic and prop_physics.

You could make it a percentage, where 100% means portal must be on a fully flat surface, 75% can be curved 45 deg, 50% can allow it on surfaces curved over 70 deg, and 0% allows it on surfaces curved over 170 deg.
