if you practice your reading and writing, you'll find your answer in these forums. Assuming you had a question to begin with...

I have a router and I don't do any port forwarding. I am on a DLink router and when I start a dedicated server it simply runs on a different port. Start a dedicated server and change your map of your server to surf_egypt or surf_italy or some other map that is only on one or two servers (probably) within a 50 ping from you. Change your filter to only see servers with a ping under 50. Your server may show up like mine. Mine usually shows up with a weird port number 60007 or something like that starting with 60. Yours may do the same and you may not need any port forwarding at all. Make sure if your dedicated server is on the same machine as the one you play on you follow these instructions:

1. Make a shortcut from the hlds.exe file.

2. Inside the shortcut (assuming you are starting a CS server) you should put the following options after the last " at the end of the shortcut location:

-console -autoupdate -game cstrike +maxplayers 12 +map surf_egypt -port 27016

-console will open in console mode to take up less RAM

-autoupdate will make sure your server is up to date

-game cstrike will signify counter-strike is the game

+maxplayers 12 means it would be a 12 slot server

+map surf_egypt would start the server on surf_egypt

-port 27016 would allow you to play on the same machine in which you are hosting the server. It will not actually be on port 27015 or 27016 on a router unless you forward those ports, but as stated above you may not need to forward any ports.

Oh yah and be sure to put a space before -console and inbetween it all. When you are done the shortcut should look like this:

"C:\Program Files\DedicatedServerFolder\hlds.exe" -console -autoupdate -game cstrike +maxplayers 12 +map surf_egypt -port 27016

Hop in cs, ping below 50, surf_italy or surf_egypt to narrow down to your server quick... AND you may just see your server listed there as I do.

Alright.........

Connection to Steam servers successful.
VAC secure mode is activated.
Adding master server 69.28.151.162:27010
Adding master server 207.173.177.11:27010

I get that when I start up my dedicated server.... When I search for it I can't find It.. I use a Linksys Router... I have the ports set to the right openings.... Here's my IP's....
Static IP:64.203.232.64
Server Internal IP:192.168.1.101:27016

Now somebody tell me how the hell I get this to show up on the Main servers list?

I already told you how... the IP's and ports it lists are not the correct ones... follow the steps I listed and you will see it. I do it every day almost when testing plugins and it works.
