I using this for a 10vs10 server, many times the charger are not able to charge through the survivors after hitting a number of players.

Is it because of the strafing setting?

I would love this mod, I played on servers that have it.
But I can't seem to get it to work on my server.

I don't use it personally but a friends server has it and works just fine, perhaps you installed it incorrectly.
