1) You can search most of the plugins here, on this forum.

2) You could give details about plugins which you want, perhaps somebody will do it for you

We agreed on the term that the payment will be done before the source of the plugin will be sent
After two days, the work was done, and the client was offered a free testing server to check the requested plugin
Afterwards the user refused to pay requesting source file before payment

In others words, he will try to scam you to do his work for free

Conclusion: Always take the money before starting the work, i guess im the only idiot who doesn't do it...
