Installation

1. File Killer_Rangs.sma goes into addons/amxmodx/scripting
2. File Killer_Rangs.amxx goes into addons/amxmodx/plugins
3. Open the file addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini and add at the end: Killer_Rangs.amxx

This plugin for me only make sense, into deathmatch mod. For example, you can add some time of system that when a player reach the max level, a vote to that same player show up, asking what map he want to play or somethink like that. I dont have the time to see the code, so good luck with that xb

Hardcoded kills values, hardcoded ranks. Also it does not make much sense, killing just to have a custom rank displayed in a hud that only you can see. You don't even save the ranks, they got resetted everytime you leave the server.
