I need a plugin that modifies the prefix and/or suffix of players in the scoreboard - similarly to Custom Chat Colors, which modifies the prefix of players in the chat.

You'll probably have a better chance of a response if you post in the forum that supports TF2. This particular forum is for AMX Mod X which only works on HL1 mods like CS, DOD and TFC.
