Is there any plugins that'll make getting shot more realistic?

I mean things like

- When you get shot, your aim should be somewhere random, like the gun should jerk hard like you see in the animation of when someone gets shot
- Or, you simply cannot shoot when you're getting shot
- Scream in pain when you get shot

2) Go to an enemy spawn exit
