what OS is the server? It looks like its the sm_zip extension.

Edit: Actually it appears that the forcing of teams doesn't even work lol. I joined the server just to test it after I connected, I attempted forcing myself to T which did not work, and I was able to join the CT team. I attempted with actually being spawned in and it just kicked me back to the team selection menu.

no cvar like that atm. Don't see myself doing the auto shutdown one. Auto force ready might come at a later date but not on the plan atm.
