If you know the name of this entity you can use stripper: source to remove them from all the maps. That solution, however, would disable the sounds for everyone, so be aware of that. You might like the lack of sound but if I was on your server I would be annoyed by the lack of warning before the bomb got deployed.
I can probably ask one of the 4 MvM mappers on my list for the name of the entity... assuming I get a response back from them shortly.

I see, i don't really want to delete them, but i just want to disable the sounds.
P.S: also what causes the announcer to say stuff if you lose a round or win a round or a tank round or the countdown?
EDIT: removed the announcer sounds with stripper: source if the bomb carrier is there.
