Grappling Hook Toggler
Very simple plugin to toggle the "tf_grapplinghook_enable" ConVar. Great to goof around and have a fun time.

Commands

sm_grapple - Toggles Grappling Hooks (ADMFLAG_GENERIC)
sm_grapplingHook - Toggles Grappling Hooks (ADMFLAG_GENERIC)

Installation

Download GrapplingHook.smx
Place the file in sourcemod/plugins folder.
Load the plugin up ingame via RCON (rcon sm plugins load GrapplingHook)
???
Profit!

It was cool, but the permissions do not work, I tried to flag or without yet all the server has access, would have to review it? Tks

The flag required should be ADMFLAG_GENERIC (b)

Well it's not really interesting to have this plugin because we can do that by using
sm_cvar tf_grapplinghook_enable 1 //Enable
sm_cvar tf_grapplinghook_enable 0 //Disable

But you worked on so nice work.

Yeah, it was just so my admins could toggle it really easily

Yes that true some server owner doesn't really that their admins can use sm_cvar for change every cvar.
Sourcemod should add a cfg_ovverride for that and so block some cvar to be changed. And so have a better control on sm_cvar

you could make this plugin really nice by adding support for what entity the grapple can latch on to.
i.e. players, admins, walls, props
