[CS:GO] Simple CSGO Extend

Simple CSGO Extend is a simple plugin that allows admins to extend the current map by initiating a vote.

Admins simply type "sm_voteextend" into chat to start a vote.
Players then say either !yes or !no to give their vote choice.
The plugin supports up to 64 player servers.

It seems to only change the mp_maxrounds and not mp_timelimit, also would it be possible to create a cvar that toggles it between a chat vote and a normal menu vote? It can get lost in the chat on busy servers.
(I edited the plugin to use !ve instead of sm_voteextend, not sure if that would of affected anything.)
