Daily Awards not populating & showing wrong year/date

Stats being saved for players but Daily Awards don't seem to be working and it shows a v old year. One gets the following:

First step with incorrect date/time/year would be because of a mess up with the timezone and/or the time synchronizing process, in which case you should look into making a sure that the physical servers used (both game and stats) are synchronizing the time properly.

If that's not enough to solve your issue, your question was as good as just saying "It doesn't work":

All setup on same machine and obviously timezone is not different. If you look at the details I posted, refer to its month, it shows it is not an issue of timezone considering the year and tables not being populated and wrong year showing.
