Short Question:

How can I check if a flashbang from player A flashed player B or teammate C ?

only way to do this would be to
A. log when flash is thrown (player A threw)
B. hook screenfade and if person who's screen was faded is on the flash thrower's team, he is C, else, B

well, flashbangs blow up at an exact time after they are thrown, u could see if screenfade is executed exactly X.YYYYYY seconds after that person threw their flash. That way people would have to throw flashes at the exact time.

The exact time wouldn't be too hard to get, a small 2 minute script could find it.
