Are you still having issues?

What game, SourceMod/Meta mod version, any error logs? Do other plugins work, if they do, are you sure you don't have an existing plugins with the same name in /plugins/disabled ?

Check the github, make sure your translations are up to date, check your error logs.

If you are using it for CSGO then you have to find the version made for csgo (it is buried in the umc thread somewhere)
