The idea is to keep turbophysics working on barrels, tires and all other objects, so it'll not work on weapons only.

Is it possible? (I can donate).

The best thing would be to set the prop that allows weapons to be moved to a value that does not allow it to be moved.

Just check OnEntityCreated and if the entity being created is a weapon (would have to have a list of weapon names to check against), set the prop to the value that doesn't allow it to be moved. What happens if an explosion (nade or otherwise) is close enough where the weapon would normally be blown away a little bit, would you still want this to happen?

Yes I thought about this kind of method, but then I won't be able to edit the script to include/exclude i.e. nades and then recompile the script. I know there may be a config file for this, but I'll just leave it up to the author's opinion.

About the nade explosion I still want it to behave normally.

Try this
use OnPlayerRunCmd and check if they are using the USE button and check what their aiming is a weapon or not then return plugin handled

Thanks for the advice, but I'm not a programmer and I'm afraid I can't use it.
I can even say I don't need it anymore, so anyone can make it or not.
