Changes to AWP:

• If you have less than 50 velocity (not including falling or rising), then you have perfect accuracy

This means that you can quickscope, not only in the air but on the ground if you are moving slow enough or not even moving.

My original plan was for it to be like it used to be with scope blur and everything, but I couldn't be bothered doing the maths on a holiday :>. I'm releasing it because a lot of people want it quickly, have fun

This plugin seems to only work when jumping from ground. For surfing etc, it does not seem to work.
