REST_ROUND Is the limit of each player or global? if each round, is useful. but it also would i have to make each player limit myself then.

@sirerick: Restriction limits are global, not player related.

@cobra. & kapitana: I will release a debug version soon in order to take a deeper look at this problem.

 - Added a debug system for the extra items (disabled by default)

Most likely it's a problem from one of your subplugins, since no one reported that bug.
