Because your game server cannot access the MySQL database you're using, therefore it cannot add the bans to the database either.

Depends on which port you're talking about.

Port 3306 (mysql) is not open on IP 193.84.64.208.

Some web hosting companies are limiting their firewalls to what they believe is necessary, unfortunately this thing may break such things as SourceBans when running on different computers (e.g. website on one, game server on another, ...). This is exactly what you are experiencing at this point.

And you will continue to receive the same error as long as, ...

a) ... your SQL server dropping connections from the outside (e.g. from your game server's IP)
b) ... your SQL server is not allowing remote connections.


We cannot help you out of the limitations "gazduirejocuri.ro" (or any other hosting provider) is causing for you, so you will have to work this out with them.

TCP IN/OUT 3306 is most likely closed with error (110). In the event your webhost will not open this port, feel free to contact me and we can put up sourcebans for you.
