I am using TF2 Boss Spawns as well with no issues. The only things that would affect it are things that mess with your player.
Make sure you are running the latest stable Sourcemod snapshot.

Yeah I always stay updated with the latest snapshots for both SM and MM...I've removed sarges version for now to see what happens later when I can test better.

What if you done the HHH model&axe the same size as the HHH would be, but player sized and used the !resizeme command to make sure people can actually hit you rather than having it as it is now, a player sized hit box and a massive area you can't shoot?

Plus if you done that and resized your self to just the right height of the actual HHH, not only would the !thirdperon be solved but the third person camera would actually go OVER yer head, rather than through your body. Also you'd be able to actually hit the body. And well....ya can't see where your hitting in it's current state.

Just an idea that might work.

Somebody said they were going to release a revamp of this at some point, but I haven't seen it around.

hi,

im using this mod on a FULL CRIT MELEE ONLY server.

The mod works great, unfortunately the HHH is too op for other player.
I tried changing the base health, but it keep resetting it to default (750?) and also the HHH deals 36000 damage while only took around 6-20 damage.

Sorry im still very new to servers, is there any config file i could change to change the HHH health? and also alter his damage taken, so he wont be too invincible.

And I also want to enable the command (sm_behhh) for non-admin user, how do i do that? (i tried looking at the admin_overrides.cfg, but i really dont understand what should i do with the file)

i finally did it, i downloaded the source and recomplile the code. it works to change the base health. thank.

now i have to figure out how to change hhh damage taken. got any ideas?
