Probably almost everyone owning your game server encountered the problem with downloading files via the fast loading FastDL . This plugin will solve this problem!
The principle of the plugin:
If the previous client connection (player) was more than 3 seconds ago, it connects to your server but also with dobavochkoy to address. Game client Counter-Strike 1.6 "thinks" it's a new server, and fast downloading is operating normally, as pologaetsya eliminating this bug fast loading.
