I was thinking maybe custom sprites or bitmaps could be rendered on the clients screen that could function like clickable buttons?
Is there anything at all better than the usual simple numbered text menus?
What I'm hoping for is to create a command that players could bind such as +menu and when holding that key a simple menu would pop up around the center of the screen and the mouse cursor would become available so the player could click the desired button. If it's not possible to bring up the cursor maybe the player could aim at the desired button and +attack to click it?
