I read all the text given ther(both the pages)... its very hard to understand.. all if statements, bools, register_concmd's id, level, cid... i fell its very hard to understand..please help

You need to learn to search (this is the most important skill). When you search for the question you just asked, you will find a ton of threads asking teh same question with a bunch of responses.
