if u trow a granade he are ligtning like your flashlight this is not a glow this is a flashlight if u set rendering to glow this make granade bigger and nicely glowed this is cool efekt

This was made for Natural-Selection but should work on other mods depending if they use "grenade" as defined in this plugin.
This one i know works with Svencoop.

Doesnt work for ts, far as i can see last time i looked the grenade was classafied as a "Sharpnel"
