Can you tell me about this Dota 2 Event?

Where can i get all eventtype-list and description for it?
Tested ingame and found some events (23 - kill player, 5 - place ward, etc.), but its not enough, wanna find all types.

And what are basepriority and priority fields?

I had a list of many of the event types, but I cannot find it now. I ended up not using that event.

It is for "DotaTV" (SourceTV) to know what events are happening for the auto-directed camera. It watches for certain event types, which the higher (or maybe lower, I forget) priority events being more important to show.
