I need a plugin like on TF2-Trader server. It needs to be !skybox, and then it teleports them to a box where everyone can see them!

Do not pay for this. It's a simple teleport plugin with a pre defined location, likely about 10 lines

It isn't a plugin that creates the skybox, it's the map. Only some maps have the skybox, and if it does, you can just use Sreaper's plugin, which is what I use on my server.
