Need Plugin for CS1.6

Today I joined a server. And I saw a plugin.

It does:-

1. welcome to Server name
2. your steam ID
3. your country.

I need that plugin but I don't know that plugin name. so I took a snap shot in steam gallery.

Help asap. ^_^

and I don't care other servers are steam or not

I play for fun. I join every/maximum servers. It's there fault that they made non-steam server.

T@MU is not my nick. He is another player
I'm using steam from beginners.. I hate non-steamers.

better way ... I will give that server IP. you will check your self, you can see every player's joining details

announce*, connect*, join*, etc. use similar keywords and search only in titles.

announce connect plugin I searched but it's extension is .smx maybe it's not for cs1.6

SMX files only work on Sourcemod, which does not support GoldSrc games (ie, CS1.6)
